This tub/shower trim includes the TempAssure valve that monitors the water temperature and sets it to plus or minus 3 degrees F(plus or minus 1.6 degrees C) safe level. It includes a lever handle for volume and temperature control, making it easy to use. Its field is adjustable and limits the rotation to the hot water zone. No need to worry about scalding and discomfort when turning on your showers. The RP53419 (pull-up diverter) comes with this kit. This tub/shower trim comes with a brilliant chrome finish that is ideal with any bathroom color. Having complied with ADA and EPA standards, this tub/shower trim is safe and efficient to use. It has a total flow rate of 2.0 gpm @ 80 PSI. To complete the installation of the valve trim, a Multi-Choice Universal rough-in is needed.
