The top opening has 22 ¼” x 16 ¾” dimensions and the bottom opening has 24 ¼ x 19 ¼” dimensions. Mine came with an Orbit base, but a RainBird box. These do not fit together.

While they may have shipped Orbit boxes at one point, they did not on my order. They shipped an Orbit base and a RainBird box which do not really fit together. Supply chain problems seems to be causing PlumbersStock to substitute parts, but you get to deal with the problems.
