The DuraVent 16BV18 is a double-wall large diameter rigid pipe with a 16-inch inner diameter and 18-inch length that is designed for quick and easy assembly, and can be connected to reach the necessary installation height. To determine the installed length of the vent, subtract the appropriate distance from each connection: 1-1/2 inches for diameters between 10 and 16 inches, or 1-1/8 inches for diameters between 18 and 30 inches. A 1-inch clearance (air space) must be kept between the vent and any combustible materials. In addition, it incorporates a DuraLock mechanism that ensures a secure and tight lock.
