The DuraVent FVSPK12 FasNSeal 12 variable pitch flashing kit has an original mechanical locking band and triple-lipped gaskets that make the installation hassle-free. It is used to terminate through-the-roof vent systems. This kit covers flat to 9/12 roof pitch. The items included in this kit are a rain cap, storm collar, roof jack, and roof flashing. (A universal appliance adapter with condensate drain is also included in the kit).
