A couple among many is that your Home power circuit breaker or the GFCI might probably be tripped or your Home power is probably off. If your GFCI is tripped, then you have to reset it. If your Home power is off, restore your Home power or use the optional battery backup kit. We hope this information helps. This happened to me twice. Both times I gained access to the control unit in the wall, then pulled & reset all three cords. One was loose, & resetting them took care of the problem.
