The HBX CPU-1000 is a versatile and innovative boiler control unit based on Indoor / Outdoor Reset Control Technology. It is designed to be used in boiler staging, mixing, domestic hot water control, and dual system / dual mixing. This fully integrated controller can house up to 2 boiler stages and even has built in pump sequencer, setpoints, and DHW capabilities. Featuring Warm Weather Shut Down (WWSD), this boiler only operates during times when the temperature outside of your house is low (cold weather) and prevents the boiler from operating unnecessarily (during warm outside weather) -- resulting in extra energy savings.

This control unit is expandable when used in conjunction with the EXP-0100, EXP-0300, and MOD-0100 expansion modules. These modules can be easily connected to the HBX CPU-1000 control unit with the use of the 033-0037 32-pin connector. When paired with the EXP-0100 expansion module, the HBX CPU-1000 controller can support up to 14 On / Off boiler stages. On top of that, it can also control up to 5 modulating boilers when connected to the MOD-0100 modulating module -- making it a great choice for bigger hydronic systems.

The HBX CPU-1000 comes with two (2) 029-0022 Universal Brass Sensors (each with a 12” lead wire), the OUT-0100 Outdoor/Indoor Sensor, cable ties, and a 2.5mm terminal screwdriver for a convenient installation.
