Product is great. Rated 4 by IndyReferee
  Yes, I recommend this product.
My complaint is not with the product, but rather with the complexity of the personal use purchasing for plumbing contractors. It took me about 6 months to get the right forms, then they were sent to me when I was on vacation and expired before I got chance to use them. I ended up paying full retail because I was tired of trying to fit within qualifying parameters. I am a Plumbing Contractor and have used ISE disposals almost exclusively for 30 years. I do not believe I have ever put a hot water dispenser in that wasn't ISE so it seems that loyalty such as that should not have to go through so many hoops to purchase personal use equipment.

Filter cartridges F-201R easy to install, work very well. Rated 5 by Grandma53
  Yes, I recommend this product.
Cartridges F-201R are super-easy to install, just twist on, twist off. There is no mess or leaking during installation. They work really well to filter the water and keep it tasting fresh. We put in a new cartridge once every 6 months, this interval works fine for us, but it depends on how much filtered water your family uses, so you should keep that in mind. You can order this product online, and it comes in a handy 2-pak, so you can have a new one stashed away and ready to install exactly when you need it. I never have any trouble with these cartridges. I write the date of installation on the filter cartridge with a marker, so I can easily know exactly when a new filter is required.

Works perfectly in the 2-tap kitchen filter; two-pack is convenient. Rated 5 by Grandma53
  Yes, I recommend this product.
Super easy installation, there is literally almost nothing to it. Not even drips of water come out when taking out the old filter and putting in the new filter. So there is no clean-up or drying-off of the under-sink area. I am a cautious person, so I always arrange a towel to catch drips, but no drips ever come out. The two-pack is convenient because you will always have your replacement filter ready for immediate installation, no down-time while waiting for it to arrive.

super-easy installation Rated 5 by forester
  Yes, I recommend this product.
My package of filters arrived very quickly and the filter was simple to replace. Although the documents all say to replace your filter every 6 months, the one I replaced was the original and had been in place for 4 years (!). I didn't really notice any problem with taste or water flow, it just seemed like 4 years was a long time to keep the same filter. The new filter works fine, but again, I can't tell much difference in the water since I installed the clean filter.
