I have a thermostat that keeps turning on and then turning off. What should I do to fix this problem?
Hello, everyone! Thank you for contacting us about the Honeywell CT30A thermostat. Check that the thermostat is receiving 24 VAC between the R and W wires, and see if the inside temperature falls below or rises above the set point. If the thermostat cycles the system to maintain the set temperature, everything is fine; however, if the inside temperature exceeds the set point, please contact Honeywell's tech support team at 1 (800) 468-1502. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. CST; Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. Thank you for contacting PlumbersStock! Have a wonderful day!
