Check that the thermostat is receiving 24 VAC between the R and W wires, and see if the inside temperature falls below or rises above the set point. If the thermostat cycles the system to maintain the set temperature, everything is fine; however, if the inside temperature exceeds the set point, please contact Honeywell's tech support team at 1 (800) 468-1502.
