Good Value Rated 4 by TheUke
  Yes, I recommend this product.
This is a solid kitchen faucet. Have 2 of these in use and no failures after 4 years of use. Only minor maintenance required and that is to tighten up the swivel ball every year or so if you notice the faucet stem leaking water a bit when pushed to the extreme left or right. To do this all you need is an allen key that loosens the set screw ( which is hidden under the plastic hot/cold indicator), then gently remove the faucet handle and you will expose the swivel ball/cartridge. Gently tighten the screw down collar and reinstall the handle you removed and your done. Total time 5 minutes!

One tragic flaw Rated 3 by Anonymous
No, I do not recommend this product.
I like everything about this faucet except one thing: the water flow rate is too low. I understand that this is likely a water conservation "feature," but without sufficient pressure, I probably use just as much water (maybe more) because it takes longer to rinse, wash, wait for it to get hot, etc. It's installed in a summer rental house and has held up very well for two years. I didn't personally select it and wouldn't have known anyway to check the gpm spec. I'm now on a quest to replace it.... :-(

Poor Quality/durability Rated 2 by Anonymous
No, I do not recommend this product.
I have had this for a little over six months I constantly have to clean it out to keep up water pressure. I had a plumber out the first time because I thought it couldn't be the faucet because it wasn't a year old and he showed me what to do to maintain pressure. I have hard water and this product should only be used with soft water. I grew up with hard water and never had an issue. I guess it just we had simpler sink faucets back in the olden times that didn't require a pampering to work properly.

Not Durable Rated 3 by Anonymous
No, I do not recommend this product.
I installed this about 3 years ago. It seemed like the perfect faucet. Now, 3 years later the faucet "wand" or handle won't even stay in the base. The ridges in the base have worn down. My opinion is it's made of very poor materials. I used to have a Delta (similar style but over 40 years old) and wanted to update to something more modern. I had replaced "O" rings in the Delta and it still works great but I wanted to get something a little more stylish. The Moen is made like a cheap beer can!
