Why would you ever consider "touch" after this? Rated 5 by Anonymous
  Yes, I recommend this product.
Was considering the Delta Touch faucet after seeing so many commercials where drummer makes music off all the different styles.. My plumbing distributor only carried Moen and highly recommended the Moen w MS. My wife and I both liked the tradiitional design of the Brantford. Installation was as difficult as to be expected with this type of new tech. I may consider the option of direct connect vs the standard battery power. We were told the batteries should last a year so we'll wait and see. Otherwise, family and firends are facinated and we couldnt be more pleased with this faucet!... and the finish is great.. no more fingerprints!

Beautiful Faucet Rated 5 by Anonymous
  Yes, I recommend this product.
Love, love, love this faucet! Did a mini-redo of kitchen and upgraded to this great faucet. Had contractor install, and he had no problems, but I think it could possibly be tricky for a DIY project. The faucet works effortlessly and is so convenient to use. The spot-resist finish really looks good, too. It uses 6 AA batteries to power the motion sense technology, and my contractor said they last quite a long time. Of course, there is also a handle to use if you don't activate the hands-free option. I'm very happy with this product and would highly recommend it.

  Yes, I recommend this product.
wish they had made a way to adjust the timer of the sensor. While washing a dish, your hand naturally moves around, and the faucet keeps turning off. It should have had at least a 2 second delay, or increased the range of detection under the faucet head.

Awful Faucet. Buy it for looks, buy it for leaks. Rated 1 by ElizaSquan
No, I do not recommend this product.
Terrible since the day we got it. Batteries run out within days to weeks, motion sense does not work but touch sense does on low battery. Also have now had MULTIPLE leaks from this faucet in less than two years of use. We had this professionally installed and the plumber said there is a design flaw causing the handle to leak and back flow through the faucet and back under the sink. Luckily we have avoided water/wood damage but again this morning I awoke to water on the floor after it leaked under the sink and out of the cabinet. This is by no means a "smart faucet". It is a Farrah Faucet. Should consider a branding change to "Buy it for looks, buy it for leaks." Would think we got a lemon except the plumber had said this is becoming a common call for him.
