Moen 8310AC16 Chrome Brass 1-1/2" Top Spud AC Powered Sensor Flush Valve, from the Commercial brass collection in a Chrome finish. It is an ac powered exposed style closet flush valve, with self-diagnostic electronic and a manual override button. Operating pressures 10 to 125 psi, with 24 hour sentinel flush and uses 1.6 Gpf (gallons per flush). Moen 8310AC16 includes 6" cable tube, 18 gauge x 24" (+) (-) wire leads and has an adjustable sensor eye. Operates with low consumption ac power (transformer required). Optional single AC transformer (12v) #104406, or multi-unit transformer #104401 (powers up to 8 units)-sold separately. Moen's Commercial brass collection is tested for strength, safety, and durability to ensure design integrity and is vandal resistant. Meets all requirements of ADA IAPMO and CSA to meet ASME A112.19.2M ASSE1037. 5 year warranty.
