Moen 8310R16 Chrome Brass Retro-Fit Closet Flush Valve, which is part of the Commercial brass collection in a Chrome finish. It is a battery powered Retro-Fit closet flush valve, with self-diagnostic electronic and a manual override button. Operating pressures 10 to 125 psi, with 24-hour sentinel flush and uses 1.6 GPF (gallons per flush). Moen 8310R16 has a piston flushing mechanism and an adjustable sensor eye. The flush valve is battery powered with a low battery indicator light and includes 4 AA batteries. Average battery life is 250,000 cycles. Moen's Commercial brass collection is tested for strength, safety, and durability to ensure design integrity and is vandal resistant. Meets all requirements of ADA IAPMO and CSA to meet ASME A112.19.2M ASSE1037. 5 Year Warranty.
