Its single-handle operation provides for great control of both water pressure and temperature making this faucet a must-have. It is built on Moen's M-PACT common valve system, which allows you to change the Moen fixture at any time without changing or reconstructing the plumbing. This trim kit does not include the rough-in valve (2510,2520,2570 or 2590), which is necessary for proper functionality and must be purchased separately.
