The Oatey 30894 PVC Cement is used for all schedules and classes of PVC pipe and fittings. It is recommended for use in pools, irrigation, potable water systems, pressure pipes, conduits, and DWV. This blue PVC cement is a quick-setting "Hot" cement especially designed for applications that require rapid pressurization even during wet situations. It is certified with NSF Standard 61 (health effects requirements) with a guarantee that harmful chemicals won’t seep through and cause contamination. This PVC cement can withstand temperatures as cold as 40 degrees F (4 degrees C) to as warm as 110 degrees F (43 degrees C).
