Looks great, but has a couple deceiving qualities Rated 3 by reviewforyou
No, I do not recommend this product.
The short length of the handle on this faucet tends to cause you to drip a lot of water from your hands onto the counter surface behind the faucet after washing your hands. A longer handle would cause the drips to land within the sink basin. This seems sort of trivial sounding... but in practice, I wash my hands a lot at this sink, and tend to make a constant wet, mess behind the faucet.

Don't buy pull outs! Rated 3 by Real Deal Neal
No, I do not recommend this product.
I owned this model for several years and was generally happy with it except for one thing.....Price Pfister is excellent for standing behind their products and replaced the pull out head numerous times. It typically lasted for 6 months to a year, so I got my water pressure checked and it came out in an average/normal range. Pretty annoying, but like I said, they were always happy to send a new one. The big problem, though, is that when they start to crack open along the form seam on the bottom, they leak into the cabinet. This eventually destroys the cabinet. From what I understand, this has been a very common problem with all brands of this type of faucet.

Good warranty Rated 2 by kitchen faucet with issue
No, I do not recommend this product.
I bought this faucet in September 2008. Approximately four months ago hose for the pull ou spray ruptured. A real mess in the cabinet before problem was noticed. While researching the problem discovered the shank of the faucet and mounting nut were totally rusted together. The rusting was evidently from a leak in the interior of the faucet. I called to get a replacement and after furnishing receipt for purchase was informed that a new faucet would be provided under warranty. The removal of old faucet was very difficult due to the rust. Mounting nut had to be drilled off the shank. Replacement took about four hours.

This faucet is not metal Rated 1 by TashaKelson
No, I do not recommend this product.
This faucet was installed in my brand new home almost 2 years ago. A piece of the faucet has broken off where the pull out hose sits into it (underneath). I was shocked to see that this faucet is not metal!!! The pull out part tilts downward because of the missing piece. I was not aware that this faucet was not fully metal and I expect for a faucet to hold up for longer than 2 years. I am not happy with this product but I am anxious to see what kind of customer service I am going to receive from Pfister when I call this in to the them (manufacturer). I am hoping that I will be able to write a better review later!!!
