One of the various pumps under the RL-SP series, the Red Lion 14942740 RL-SP33T is an automatic sump pump suitable for light- to high-volume water removal. It has a thermoplastic pump housing (including the volute and the screen) that is resistant to both heat and high temperatures. Aside from that, this submersible pump features a single-phase Permanent Split Capacitor (PSC) that provides a high power factor and a higher pullout torque resulting in reliably long run-times. While the closed vane impeller design, a commonly used impeller offers efficiency and can handle even volatile fluids that the pump might encounter.

This 1/3 HP pump has a rating of 115 volts (4.4 amps), a 1/8" intake (screened opening), and a 1-1/2" FNPT discharge with a 1-1/4" FNPT adapter included. It also features a piggyback tethered float switch, an 8 ft cord, and a double seal system that ensures virtually leak-free operation. Please note that this thermoplastic sump pump is not intended for pond use.
