Reed's HPC4 is a Guillotine Pipe Cutter. It has a 2" - 4" capacity. It weighs 15.6 lbs. This cutter is designed for PE pipe that is thicker than SDR17 within 1/8 in (3 mm) of square on up to 4 inch (125 mm) medium and high-density pipe so that no facing is needed for electrofusion, and only minimal facing for butt fusion joints. It has a durable, industrial-grade, nonstick coated blade that makes many square cuts with no chips to clog valves and small openings. The blades are easy to sharpen or replace.
