Reed's R3 is a Yoke Pipe Vise. It has a 1/8" - 4-1/2" capacity. It weighs 25 lbs. This vise permits the strongest jaw-to-jaw gripping of pipe for high-torque applications like threading. It's made of ductile/malleable iron and has hardened, high carbon steel jaws for toughness and long life. It is easily converted from right- to left-hand operation and back, making it simple to work around obstructions or to accommodate right- or left-hand user preference.
