Reed's UPC648A is a Universal Pipe Cutter. It has a 6" - 48" capacity. It weighs 138 lbs. This pipe cutter is designed to cut through ductile iron, cast iron, clay, concrete, steel, PVC, or PE pipe. When cutting steel pipe with the steel blades, sparks are possible and expected, and because of this, the U.P.C. cannot be used for cold cuts. This model comes in a steel toolbox with a seven gallon, stainless steel water tank, and cart.
