This Driftwood Tan 12"x36" Shoemaker 1600-12X36 Vent Cover is designed to fit and cover a 12" wide by 36" high opening. This Shoemaker 1600-12X36 grille is typically mounted in floors but this can be mounted in ceilings and walls as well. It has an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio because of its heavy-duty steel honeycomb construction. It is also resistant to corrosion and fire. Unlike other products, Shoemaker grilles have a baked-on textured polyester powder coat that can resist scratches and does not wear or fade out easily. Be sure to measure the hole opening size instead of measuring the face plate of your old grille before considering to place your order. This floor grille will drop 7/8" into the floor. It has a ½" horizontal grid opening and a 2" vertical grid opening. It has fixed inside dimensions of 11-7/8" width by 35-7/8" height and overall outside dimensions of 14-7/16" width by 38-7/16" height.
