Save big on the 6" x 6" Perforated Curved Blade Surface Mount Diffuser with Adjustable Blades, 4-Way, Opposed Blade Damper in soft white (Shoemaker 500CB40-0-6X6) from PlumbersStock. One great feature is that the nylon bushing reduce noise from rattling. The 3/16" perforated holes are staggered with 1/4" centers. Please be aware that ceiling opening must be 4” larger in length and width than the nominal duct size. This version has an opposed blade damper that operates with a screwdriver. Shoemaker replacement parts can be hard to find, so contact us if you have any problems.
