This White 48"x6" Shoemaker 906-0 series Vent Cover is designed to fit and cover a 48" wide by 6" high opening. Shoemaker has a complete line of products designed for homes, offices, stores, and many other commercial applications. Shoemaker 906-0 Aluminum Airfoil Blade Grilles are designed to conceal duct-work while efficiently directing air flow in a forced air heating, cooling, or ventilation system. The louvers on this particular air grille run perpendicular to the length of the grille with multiple sizes of the grille available to match the desired dimensions. Normally, vents covers are mounted in walls but this can be mounted in ceilings as well. The Standard Color of this grille is white but optional Designer Colors in Satin Anodized Finish are available. The Shoemaker 906-0 Aluminum Airfoil Fixed Blade Grille can be ordered with heavy-duty tamper-proof screws for added security. Be sure to measure the hole opening size instead of measuring the face plate of your old grille. This grille is designed to fit over a 48"x6" existing hole or duct. This Shoemaker Grille comes equipped with an Opposed Blade Damper that can only be adjusted with a screwdriver. This unique feature gives the user the ability to increase or decrease the air flow without having to worry about others tampering with the desired flow rate.
