The 931-O series offers single deflection surface mount grille with adjustable steel blades. The blades provide 2-way airflow on one plane as they run parallel to the longest dimension. Manually operate the opposed blade damper using a screwdriver (it's recessed). The nylon bushings reduce noise. Countersunk mounting holes provide a flush appearance.
