The Toro 102-2836 570S 4" Nozzle Adapter is designed specifically for Toro nozzles and risers. This Nozzle adapter has 1/2" IPS female threads on the bottom, and female threads on the top for connecting any Toro Nozzle of your choice (sold separately). The top of the Toro 570S is also the perfect size to accept a standard sprinkler filter to keep dirt and debris from clogging the nozzle. Because this product is plastic, you only nedd to use only Teflon products when necessary to insure a leak free installation (no pipe dope necessary-in fact it will affect the stability and composition of the threads).
