This universal height, eco-friendly toilet uses a powerful ultra high-efficiency dual-flush technology, which means you can operate at 1.0 or 0.8 gallons per flush (GPF). You can be confident that everything gets flushed out while consuming a smaller amount of water than the average toilet on the market today. That's saving water and lessening the cleaning frequency while delivering a powerful performance, all while operating very smoothly and quietly. It comes with an elegant ebony finish that can resist scratches, doesn't easily show water spots, and will certainly complement your luxurious, dark-colored bathroom style and design. 

The Toto MS446124CUMF#51 is ready to be installed into a 12" rough-in. You also have the option to adapt for a 10" (TSU08W.10) or 14" (TSU08W.14) Unifit rough-in, but you need to purchase a separate adapter (9AU321-A). 

Included in the package are a bowl and tank set, a SoftClose seat, tank to bowl hardware, a tank to bowl gasket, an outlet socket, and toilet bolt caps. This elegant toilet comes with a one-year limited warranty.
