Hey there! Thank you for your inquiry on the Makita TW0350 impact wrench. Unfortunately, we do not carry the Makita 191940-4 carbon brushes that you need. If by any chance you get a hold of these brushes, you can install it by unscrewing and removing the brush holder caps first. Then, insert the carbon brush and secure the caps. Kindly refer to page 8 of the instruction manual. Sorry, we were only able to help you with the installation.
