The Watts 740-075 (0382456) is a 3/4" x 1 water pressure relief valve. This ASME-compliant valve is constructed with an iron body for a longer-lasting, reliable service and it comes with expanded outlet drain connections. It has a working pressure range of 30-75psi (2 to 5 bar) with high ratings that range from 925,000 to 10,700,000 BTU/hr. 

This hot water relief valve is highly resistant to corrosive water conditions and it also prevents water and sediment buildup. Please note that the Watts 740-075 (0382456) is designed for use as an emergency safety relief and should not be used as an operating control.
