It has an extra thick rubber overflow head gasket which is patented and a pre-adjustable linkage. These drains have heavy duty cast red brass head, tee, and shoe durable enough to last for years to come.

The Gerber N1-853 has a heavy-duty, highly polished faceplate and chrome plated stamped brass domed strainer. These drains have a 1-1/2" brass tubing that is 17-gauge thick with a brushed nickel finish.
